Turin Book Fair meeting
“Wild Hearts” is the title of this 2022 edition. We live in a restless, turbulent world, full of enormous problems but equally hopeful for the future. Culture and art have always tried to explore our heart of darkness, but also the luminous outbursts of which our hearts are equally capable.
In the name of friendship, peace between peoples, dialogue, confrontation between cultures, the Turin Book Fair in May will be one of the most important places of reasoning and meeting for anyone who believes that opening up, in our hearts, can and it must be the bright part.
The Wild Hearts manifesto was born from the creativity of Emiliano Ponzi, an Italian illustrator and author, who has been working for years for Italian and international publishing, advertising and fashion.
Widespread appointments
The Turin Book Fair https://www.salonelibro.it/ therefore returns in May, rediscovering its usual cyclical nature and bringing together publishers, booksellers, librarians, authors and readers: a cohesive and passionate community happy to find itself in the Lingotto pavilions .
In this year’s edition there will also be numerous events spread throughout the city and Piedmont. A sign of the link between the event, the city and the region with the entrepreneurial and associative fabric.
This year Friuli Venezia Giulia will be the host region of the event. An important opportunity to promote all the editorial and cultural excellences of this border area. On the occasion of the May appointment, the regional institutions are defining a program that takes into account all these peculiarities and that can best present the value of the identity brand “I am Friuli Venezia Giulia”.
