On 17 March, the 46th edition of Hospitality 2022 – The Hospitality Hall was presented in Trento. The event dedicated to the hospitality and catering sector is scheduled from 21 to 24 March at the Riva del Garda exhibition center with over 450 exhibiting companies and more than 100 training events.

With its 38,000 square meters of exhibition space and over 450 exhibitors, the event confirms its leadership at national level with the ambition of attracting an increasing number of international professionals.
As recalled by Alessandra Albarelli, general manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi: “For this edition we have implemented an incoming project of buyers from different countries that continues the internationalization process of this appointment. The goal is to further expand the business audience for hospitality and tourism operators, increasing the possibility of exchanges and networking. Hospitality 2022 edition – The Reception Hall was born in a territory that attracts tourists from all over the world every year, Trentino, and this vocation makes the event a natural international point of reference for Ho.Re.Ca operators. ” .

From 21 March for four days this event will allow companies to discover all the peculiarities of the companies’ proposals for what concerns the hotel and restaurant sector.
This year the “historic” thematic areas Contract & Wellness, Beverage, Food & Equipment and Renovation & Tech and the special areas Solobirra and RPM-Riva Pianeta Mixology are enriched by the new Winescape space dedicated to wine tourism. Five hundred square meters in Hall B4 which will host, for this first time, 10 selected wineries, representative of the whole Italian territory, which combine wine production with a tourist offer and the enhancement of the local cultural, landscape and economic heritage.
Among the other novelties of Hospitality 2022 edition www.hospitalityriva.it also the Hangar, housed in the new pavilion D. The space will be the stage for institutional appointments – such as the inauguration ceremony – and for events with the participation of experts from the food and wine sector and the agri-food chain.
The Hospitality Digital Space app also debuts, to manage appointments, network, view the product and exhibitor catalog and consult the complete schedule of events at the fair, through which professionals in the sector can organize and maximize the return of their participation and visit to the fair.

As always, also in this edition of Hospitality edition 2022 – The Reception Hall to the exhibition proposal are added the appointments with the formation of the Academy, in collaboration with Teamwork, and the numerous educational initiatives, masterclasses and show-cooking carried out together with associations sector, bartenders, expert master brewers and some exhibiting companies. Over 100 events and 150 speakers including testimonials, guests and innovators from the hospitality sector will alternate over the four days of the event in the various training spaces.
