At the Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Immagine Italia 2022 & Co.-The Lingerie Show, a show dedicated to the presentation of the FW 2022/23 collections of over 130 underwear, lingerie and homewear brands, ended on 7 March. The three-day event began on March 5 and saw the participation of national and international exhibitors from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Poland and Slovenia.

Despite the regulated access in line with the legal decrees in force, the influx of visitors exceeded expectations, confirming the importance of the fair as the only Italian B2B hub of commercial reference for the underwear, lingerie, beachwear and homewear sectors.

Alessandro Legnaioli, president of the show: “After an exclusively virtual edition in the past, we could not allow the operators of the sector to skip another year. The postponement of the dates by one month was necessary to favor the attendance at the fair and this decision proved to be successful, favoring a greater turnout at the fair than expected. An important message therefore launched not only by us organizers, but by the exhibiting companies who, with their presence in Immagine Italia 2022 & Co. once the sales campaign has already started, underlined the importance of having an appointment in Italy dedicated to the sector. And from the Italian stores that attended the show reiterating the importance of viewing the collections to get a complete overview of the trends that will characterize next season. In line with what we already noted last July at Maredamare, we recorded a clear satisfaction of exhibitors, between orders and meetings, in the face of an inevitable decrease in access to the fair compared to the pre-pandemic editions. ”

Finally and the musical Happy Hours, moments of relaxation dedicated to exhibitors and visitors.
