BIT 2022
[:it]BIT 2022[:]

BIT 2022 will take place at fieramilanocity from Sunday 10 to Tuesday 12 April, which is proposed as the first and main event in the sector in attendance this year.
Focusing on innovation will be essential to recover pre-Covid levels as soon as possible. According to the UNWTO Barometer (January 2022), in fact, in 2021 international arrivals grew by 4% to 415 million compared to 400 million in 2020, but still below the pre-pandemic levels.
With + 54%, Mediterranean Europe is one of the regions that has recovered the most, while in the world the return of international arrivals to pre-pandemic levels is expected for 2024.
This is why this year the Milanese event’s commitment to innovation and sustainability will be even more intense, to respond to the new requests of travelers. BIT 2022 will decline the trends from a business point of view both in the exhibitors’ proposals along the exhibition itinerary, as well as in the contents of a rich conference program.

The three key areas

To meet the different needs of operators, the event will be divided into three areas, characterized by key themes for tourism: Leisure, MICE, BeTech.
Within Leisure, the supply and demand of Italian and international tourism will meet in all its forms, from food and wine tourism to slow and sustainable tourism to proposals from all over the world.

BeTech will bring together companies that offer business & networking services and exclusive digital and social content, both physical and virtual. It represents the soul of the fair that looks at the technological avant-garde in the sector and offers them unprecedented visibility.

Finally, the MICE Village, an area entirely dedicated to the sector of events, meetings and conferences, reserved only for operators in this particular sector and top buyers. It will include everything related to business travel and corporate proposals.

“Bringing Innovation Into Travel”
