Hospitality – The Reception Hall and Solobirra 2022 are back in attendance, scheduled in Riva del Garda from 21 to 24 March.
Organized by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, the event – formerly Expo Riva Hotel – occupies an exhibition area of over 40,000 square meters. In the 2020 edition, the show recorded record numbers: with 561 exhibitors, 21,431 professional operators and more than 28,500 visitors.
An important moment of the appointment is reserved for Solobirra 2022 https://hospitalityriva.it/it/solobirra, a special area dedicated to craft beer, and its three contests, which this year have over 300 applications.
The adhesions came from all over Italy and for Best Label also from foreign graphic studios, confirming the interest in this sector and the recognition of Solobirra and its competitions.
Beer and hospitality
The area is considered the reference point for the craft brewing world which in Italy has 756 companies including microbreweries and brewpubs that generate employment for about 2,700 employees, with a production of 361,000 hectoliters of beer per year (Data AssoBirra Annual Report 2020 ).

On 21 March, the opening day of the 46th edition of the exhibition dedicated to hospitality, the winners will be presented in the Beer Arena (Hall B4). For the occasion, prizes will be awarded to the most creative labels for Best Label and to the best packaging of the Best Pack contest.
In the afternoon at 2.30 pm, the winning craft beers of the Solobirra 2022 technical competition will be announced.
After the awards ceremony, the winning beers, labels and packaging will remain on display for all four days of the event in the Beer Arena. An opportunity for visibility not only during the event, but all year round thanks to the dedicated online showcase on the website and social channels of the event @HospitalityRiva.
In addition to the contest awards, an articulated schedule of meetings will animate the special Solobirra area during the days of the event.
