Tirreno CT 2022, organized by Tirreno Trade and scheduled at Carrara Fiere, will take place from 4 to 7 March. The Tuscan fair is considered a reference event for the outdoor hospitality sector in Italy.
The mission of the event is to promote hospitality, catering, tourism, through professional initiatives of vast interest, capable of involving all operators in their respective sectors of activity.
The numbers of the 2019 edition
The trade fair, which celebrates 42 years of activity this year, had closed the 2019 edition with record numbers. Over 62 thousand operators who had crowded the pavilions of Carrara Fiere, meeting the more than 430 exhibitors representing the 900 commercial brands present.
From contract furniture to products for catering, passing through accessories and technology applied to the entire world of food and wine. Also competitions, among others the Italian pastry and pizza championships. Not to mention the presence of professionals in the sector, from barmen to cooks, passing through pizza chefs and coffee masters.
A moment of confrontation for the whole sector. In fact, in the four days, over 100 in-depth appointments were held, including seminars, cooking shows, conferences, round tables.
