
Fieravicola Poultry Forum & B2B https://www.fieravicola.com/news/2328/fieravicola_poultry_forum__b2b_4_6_maggio_2022 will take place at the Rimini Expo Center from 4 to 6 May, a three-day in-depth study of the issues of the sector and an opportunity for the protagonists of the poultry sector to meet Italian and international.
Among the topics under consideration: decrease in consumption and increase in the cost of raw materials, relationship with distribution, domestic and international market, research and technological innovation to respond to requests for sustainability, future strategies and dialogue with institutions.
The event will take place simultaneously with Macfrut www.macfrut.com and is promoted by Fieravicola in collaboration with Assoavi, Unaitalia and the scientific associations of the sector.
A professional cut
Fieravicola Poultry Forum & B2B will be divided into a first day dedicated to the enhancement of the finished product, in a second day focused on international issues. The third will see several sessions dedicated to technical-scientific aspects with experts from all over the world, organized in collaboration with WPSA (World’s Poultry Science Association), Sipa (Italian Society of Avian Pathology) and Asic (Italian Scientific Association of Rabbit Breeding).
The new appointment, which will take place in even years alternating with Fieravicola, an event held every two years in odd years, aims to maintain a dialogue with all the protagonists of the supply chain, also involving stakeholders, institutions and scholars.
The president of Fieravicola Renzo Piraccini underlined on the occasion of the presentation of the first edition: “We have thought of a very professional cut for this appointment, starting from the needs of the sector. We believe it is an innovative event that will allow the protagonists of the supply chain not to lose existing relationships and to update a fundamental networking system to identify winning strategies, starting from the needs of the sector.
