For the next edition, which will take place from 25 to 28 May at the Bologna Exhibition Center, Autopromotec ed 2022 announces an expansion of the contents and moments dedicated to meetings and updates.
The international exhibition of automotive equipment and aftermarket, which takes place every two years, presents IAM, an acronym for International Aftermarket Meetings. This is a cycle of six workshops designed to involve players from the various automotive aftermarket supply chains from around the world.
An opportunity for international comparison
IAM is based on the internationality achieved by the Bologna event and on the special relationship with all industry associations at European and world level. It also represents the natural evolution of the International Aftermarket Meeting, an appointment organized by the event during its latest editions, which was able to investigate the most relevant issues for the sector.
During the first two days of Autopromotec ed 2022, the 6 meetings of the IAM calendar will be held, organized with the contribution of Egea (European Garage Equipment Association) and the main national and international trade associations. The focus of the conferences, designed for an international and especially European audience, will be on some central topics in the post-pandemic automotive world.
A moment of analysis, sharing and networking
Emanuele Vicentini, International Developments of Autopromotec: “The basic need, in a restarting fair year, is precisely that of bringing together aftermarket specialists in a moment of analysis, sharing and networking. In this phase of remote connections, in fact, one has often remained in contact with one’s own closest network, but it is only in a fair again in the presence that all the souls of the aftermarket supply chain can return to confront each other. Furthermore, thanks to the IAM project, Autopromotec ed 2022 will further enhance the incoming of international buyers and decision makers, an aspect that confirms the strategic importance that the event also covers for foreign players “.
All IAM events, during which the working language will be English, will be held in an exclusive room of the BolognaFiere Exhibition Center, located on the intermediate floor between halls 21 and 22. To encourage networking, the organizers have also provided a dedicated lounge area, located in pavilion 22, where speakers and associative managers can meet.
