After the Pitti week held in an extraordinary way from 28 June to 2 July, the Florentine trade fair company has decided that the winter events of Pitti Immagine edizioni 2022 https://www.pittimmagine.com/en, dedicated to men and children, will also be merged.
The 2022 appointment with Pitti Uomo https://uomo.pittimmagine.com/en, edition number 101, is therefore in Fortezza da Basso from 11 to 13 January 2022. Event that takes place simultaneously with the show dedicated to children’s fashion always in the Florentine location of Fortezza da Basso. At the center of both events, novelties and trends interpreted by both emerging and established brands.
There will be, always in compliance with safety regulations, special events and participations, which will project exhibitors and visitors to the center of the fashion scene, in an atmosphere full of stimuli and suggestions for the next season.
The new Pitti Immagine guideline
“Pitti Reflections” is the new theme of the salons of Pitti Immagine edizioni 2022. It will be the fil rouge of the installations in the Fortezza da Basso and at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence, created under the creative direction of Angelo Figus in collaboration with Alessandro Moradei.

Pitti Filati 90 https://filati.pittimmagine.com/en, which will take place from 2 to 4 February 2022 at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence, will instead feature all the exhibitors who have joined and will be present at the next show. The event was anticipated on the dedicated digital platform, allowing companies to make themselves known, communicate new collections globally and establish contacts with international buyers and the specialized press.
The six-monthly event dedicated to the world of textiles, yarns, fibers and product sectors complementary to spinning and knitwear attracts national and international buyers and aims to differentiate itself from the rest of the market thanks to the very high quality of the products on display.
Among the events that will take place within Pitti Filati 90 this year too, there will be a special event on Thursday 3 February dedicated to the projects of the students of the Level I Master in Creative Knitwear Design of Accademia Costume & Moda and Modateca Deanna. A different and innovative “happening”, which promotes the creativity of young designers and the precious partnership between companies in the sector. An inclusive and experimental event, which will involve for the first time the exhibition path of the show and its audience of international operators present at the Leopolda.
