MARCAbyBolognaFiere, the event that will inaugurate the 2022 calendar of the Bologna Exhibition Center and also offers the second edition of the MARCA Fresh format dedicated to fresh products with an eye to sustainable innovation, are back from 19 to 22 January 2022.
With an area of ​​over 600 square meters, located in pavilion 29, the appointment dedicated to fruit and vegetables is confirmed as a container for all the players in the supply chain.
The event format includes a large personalized area in which, for two days, companies become protagonists, exhibiting in dedicated spaces and introducing themselves to production and distribution professionals.
With a functional and dynamic concept, MARCA Fresh is destined to involve all the fresh sectors – meat, fish, dairy products, fruit and vegetables – with the aim of supporting the relations between production and distribution in business approach strategies under the banner of economic responsibility. , social and environmental.

This year’s theme “Supporting the fruit and vegetable department”: that is the commitment of large-scale distribution and production to identify and share the strategic and operational levers that will guide the growth of the fruit and vegetable department and its enhancement in the coming years.
The conference, promoted by SgMarketing in collaboration with MARCAbyBolognaFiere, will open the proceedings. Starting from a trade and consumer analysis, a panel of national retailers will share best cases and strategies in support of fruit and vegetables.
The aim of the workshop is to provide trade operators with the tools to interpret the changing future under the banner of social, economic and environmental responsibility.

The last edition of MARCA Fresh was sold out with 16 participating companies and numerous visitors who followed the inaugural works and company testimonials.
