
Starting from 6 October, on the Mido 2022 website it is possible to register for the next edition of the show, scheduled for 12 to 14 February next year.
The platform is aimed at the targets of the international eyewear show, which include buyers, designers, entrepreneurs, opticians, ophthalmologists and all operators in the eyewear industry.
The main worldwide B2B eyewear event will return in presence and in total safety to Fiera Milano Rho for an edition considered fundamental for the sector.
Trends and news in the 2022 edition
New trends, materials, sustainability, innovation and the future will be the main themes of an event that is not only a privileged observatory and an international reference point for design, fashion, culture and business.
In fact, the show is also a hub that tells a strategic segment for the Italian economy, to reflect and rethink eyewear in all its aspects and meanings, a showcase for the final user public.
The 2022 edition will be special for all those who take part in the event.
In fact, appointments with special guests, award ceremonies, awards and previews are planned in the name of the “desire to start over”.
Mido 2022 will also continue to be supported by Mido 2022 I Digital Edition, a digital platform launched last June 2021 to create a complementary combination of the physical and digital world.
To support the restart of the event, a new campaign: dynamic, interactive and in real time, is characterized by augmented reality, used for the first time by a trade fair in the sector. The leitmotif is the claim “Voglia di Mido”. Divided into 4 volumes, by framing the qrcode it will be possible to view the protagonists and their stories.
On the occasion of the 2022 edition, the WMido magazine is already online on the website, graphically revised and full of contents ranging in the eyewear universe but with an attentive and open look also to the parallel worlds of fashion and design.
