Vebo 2021: stands and visitors on the rise

Vebo 2021 will take place from 1st to 4th October in the frame of the Mostra d’Oltremare in Naples. The international fair dedicated to the world of weddings, favors, gifts and furnishing accessories is therefore back.
Five pavilions will be occupied by about 150 exhibitors in the sector from both Italy and abroad. The numbers relating to the presences of pre-registered visitors, around 1,200, are also very encouraging, anticipating a brilliant edition of the event, an event that this year celebrates its twenty years since its birth in 2001.

Marriages and civil unions restart

The weddings registered in particular in the second quarter of 2020 fell by 80% compared to the same period in 2019. Thus the civil unions which saw a decline of 60% (Source Istat).
An enormous loss for the entire supply chain, which includes catering, photographers, florists, fitters, wedding planners, about 50,000 companies and professionals, who give permanent jobs to about 300,000 people and seasonal employment to another 150,000.

In the second half of the current year, however, the first weak signs of recovery begin to be seen and Vebo 2021 is proof of this. In fact, that of 2021 is announced as an edition of particular significance both for the massive participation of important brands that have seen in this event the ideal showcase to present their news and to resume contact, in presence, with buyers and retailers, and for the estimated presences among shopkeepers, buyers, representatives, wedding planners …

The news 2021

The organization has implemented facilities and incentives to participate in the event. Such as the fuel voucher from 30 to 50 euros for visitors from all over Italy (excluding Campania); 50% discount on flights; free transfers to and from the airport, the port and the central station of Naples; a reception desk at Capodichino airport.

This edition of Vebo 2021 will be dedicated to initiatives and innovations that aim to enhance the cultural and not just commercial contents of this sector.
In addition to the exhibition pavilions, spaces dedicated to meetings between operators in the sector have been organized: shopkeepers, representatives, producers.
On the occasion of this special edition, the organization has provided training courses with Fabio Cibello, considered “the Sales Coach”. Since 2011 he has been dealing with Sales and Purchase Psychology and is Coaching Partner of Bocconi University in Milan.
