Waiting for the start of Pitti Immagine Filati, in Florence at the Stazione Leopolda from 28 to 30 June, the organizers have prepared the SafeWithPItti protocol, anti-Covid measures and extraordinary set-ups for buyers, press and visitors. A plan that, however, as underlined in a press release from Pitti Immagine, will work with the collaboration of the participants in the Florentine event.

For example, arriving in the Tuscan capital with a swab already carried out and / or the documentation ready (vaccination certificate, or certificate of complete recovery after the infection).
The online pre-registration and digital accreditation to be able to enter Stazione Leopolda without delays are fundamental for Pitti Immagine participants.
Within the exhibition spaces, the SafeWithPItti protocol requires the mandatory mask worn (FFP2 recommended), the automatic detection of body temperature, respect for different entry and exit routes, the use of sanitizing gel.
In the Stazione Leopolda, signs and signs in Italian and English will illustrate the prevention regulations, while anti-gathering monitoring will be active within the limits of the capacity of the pavilions.
There will be several employees inside the Pitti Immagine pavilions to monitor and promote compliance with the prevention measures.

With the SafeWithPItti protocol, there will be no shortage of extraordinary sanitation activities of the headquarters on the eve of the event and daily of the stands, aisles, common areas as well as contact surfaces.

Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of the “Guidelines for the resumption of economic and social activities” of 28 May, the information / advertising materials / magazines and gadgets of the individual stands must be made available to visitors, after having sanitized their hands, preferably inside dedicated self-service displays (classic shop displays, magazine racks, baskets or similar).

Finally, medical facilities will be organized in the Stazione Leopolda to manage any health needs and the covid manager designated by Pitti Immagine will be present at the exhibition center.
The SafeWithPItti protocol plan has provided that thanks to the collaboration between Pitti Immagine and the Italian Red Cross, buyers, journalists and visitors, for whom the validity of the tampon certification will expire, will be able to “renew” it by carrying out a new rapid antigen test – without any cost, age limit or medical prescription – in one of the hubs set up in some parts of the city.
