Waiting for the face-to-face edition that will bring Mido 2022 back to Rho Fiera, from 12 to 14 February, as anticipated during the Mido Digital Edition launch press conference. During the presentation, the president of Mido and Anfao, Giovanni Vitaloni, with the sociologist Francesco Morace, founder of Future Concept Lab, gave an overview on the state of the art of the Italian economy, on the scenario of the eyewear sector and on the post pandemics of the national and international social situation.

The international vocation of the eyewear show and the focus on the market are the basis of the new Mido Digital Edition initiative with numerous opportunities and initiatives. Starting from the meeting with the photographer Albert Watson who, on June 5, will talk about the moment of change that the world is going through and the new ways of seeing everything around us: beauty, living together, nature, technology. and the future.
The event on 6 June will address two fundamental aspects of eyewear: fashion and design through the comparison of 5 talents from different worlds, 4 established exponents of the fashion world and 4 promising designers in the sector.
Also this year there will be appointments with WGSN: Future Consumer 2022, Millennial and Genx Priorities, The Future Shopper and Eyewear Trends.
A particular focus will be dedicated to innovative and eco-sustainable materials thanks to the contribution of Materially and the events Biomaterially, Transformed Waste, Perfect beauty.
