SafeWithPitti: as pointed out by the organizers, this is a special package, which will allow exhibitors, buyers, press and visitors to work and live a salon experience in compliance with the rules for the protection of public health.
Few, simple and effective, the provisions – called SafeWithPitti – presented by Pitti Immagine 2021 concern the fundamental aspects of participation in Stazione Leopolda, where the exhibitions will be held in June, and stay in Florence. Provisions that will be updated over the next few weeks.
The SafeWithPitti protocol Before arriving in Florence, exhibitors, fitters, buyers and the press must compulsorily complete the online pre-registration and digital accreditation. However, it will not be possible to purchase the ticket upon arrival at Stazione Leopolda.
Entry into the Stazione Leopolda will be allowed only by demonstrating one of the “Green pass” requirements. That is, the result of a negative swab carried out in the previous 48 hours; alternatively, a certificate of vaccination or a certificate of complete recovery after the infection.In addition, the mask will be mandatory, while the FFP2 recommended. The automatic detection of body temperature will be carried out, the entry and exit routes will be differentiated with special signs, there will be sanitizing gel dispensers.
Inside the exhibition center, during all SafeWithPitti events, verified and certified personnel will be found within 48 hours from the start of the service with Italian / English signs and signs to illustrate the prevention rules.There will be limits to the capacity of the halls with anti-assembly monitoring, while the personnel in charge will monitor and enforce the prevention measures.As regards the sanitation of stands and common areas, there will be an extraordinary sanitation of the exhibition center on the eve of the event and a daily sanitation of the stands, aisles, common areas as well as contact surfaces.
With SafeWithPitti there will also be sanitizing gel dispensers, positioned in various points of the exhibition center, and separate waste management for the collection of special waste and PPE. Finally, a shuttle bus service will be available for transport with sanitized vehicles, body temperature detection and 50% capacity.
