One of the most hyped news for Vinitaly 2020 (come to its 54th edition) is “Micro Mega Wines – Micro Size, Mega Quality”, an event dedicated to small companies with high-quality products. The event will be in the Organic Hall, in the F pavilion. The space, in the name of “small is beautiful”, is cured by Ian D’Agata, wine writer and one of the most important advisers of the knowledge about Italian wines in the world. Inside the Organic Hall of Vinitaly 2020 there will be also Vinitaly Bio, an area dedicated the biologic certificated products, in collaboration with Federbio.
Thanks to a project of promotion supplied by the UE and sponsored by European Organic Partners, all the exposers of Vinitaly that produce biologic wine will be able to present one of their labels for free inside the Enoteca Vinitaly Bio.
Many wine tastings and meetings with foreign buyers will be suggested to the exposers of Vinitaly Bio, in order to create new business possibilities.
The space dedicated to the association Vi.Te – Vignaioli e Territori, that is collaborating with Veronafiere for 8 years in order to represent artisanal wines, will be extended.
During the four days of Vinitaly 2020 all the Vinitaly Bio, Micro Mega Wines and Vi.Te wine tastings will alternate in the two new tasting rooms: in this way there is the possibility to collect the offer of biologic wines and also to animate the spaces of the F pavilion. Inside this pavilion there will be also the area dedicated to Enolitech.
At Vinitaly 2020 “International Wine” (I pavilion), for the first time dedicated to the orange wines, will make its debut. This is one of the most hyped appointments of Vinitaly 2020 and there will be the participation of labels from Croatia, Slovenia, Georgia and Austria. This area is characterized by the type of offer: there will be an expositive area with a calendar of workshops and tastings. This is a distinctive point of promotion, only for foreign productions.
