Presented on 29 January in Verona, in the framework of Fieragricola, the next Eima International 2020, scheduled in Bologna from 11 to 15 November, will have several novelties, starting from those logistic and organizational. At Eima International, the international review of Agricultural mechanics, are currently – 1,600 companies that have formalized the request for participation, 600 of which foreign.
According to Federunacoma, representing the manufacturers of agricultural machinery and organizing the international exhibition of agricultural mechanics, this year could be equalled and exceeded the historical maximum of Eima International 202, reached in 2018 with 1,950 exhibiting companies. According to the forecasts of the organizers, the exhibitors who participated in the 2018 edition should fully confirm their presence given the high rate of loyalty to the event. To these are added about 100 companies “new entry” that have already formalized the demand for participation in the next Eima International. Among the novelties planned at Eima International 2020 should be remembered that the two pavilions – the 29 and 30 – inaugurated in 2018 will be added the 37, which is spread over 16 thousand square meters gross and which presents the highest architectural and functional standards. Another novelty concerns the car parks that, eliminated from the inner areas of the fair grounds, will be upgraded outside. The space thus made available will allow to set up at Eima International 2020 a demonstration area dedicated to stains for the management of agricultural and forestry biomass, machines for spatial planning and the prevention of geological risk, but especially at the show-show of the tractor finalists of the Year. The themed area of Eima Digital becomes a real exhibition on agricultural technologies 4.0 and also provides a space for the many Start-ups of the sector, thus adding to the Saloni Eima Green and Eima Energy, Eima Idrotech and Eima Components. The main theme of the 2020 edition of Eima International 2020 is always innovation. And it is precisely to enhance the new technologies developed by the agricultural mechanics industries that the competition “Technical News” provides, about two months before the review, a dedicated event. The appointment is in fact for mid-September in Bologna with a ‘anticipation of the winning technologies, which will then be showcased at Eima International, and will allow manufacturers to explain in detail the technical contents of their innovations.
