The 7th edition of Cosmofood will be on November 9th to 12th (the 13th will be dedicated only to the Ho.Re.Ca area) at the exhibition center of Vicenza. The manifestation is organized by Italian Exhibition Group, that is preparing to turn on the spotlight on the gourmet proposals hosted in the Hall 1.
From the Amaro of Monti Lattari to the to tomato of Piennolo of Vesuvio DOP, from the walnut of Piemonte IGP to the capocollo of Martina Franca, the truffle of Pizzo, typical product of the calabrese bakery, the tortellini of Valeggio sul Mincio. These and more other products will be at Cosmofood, dedicated both to the lovers of the good food and to the professionals of the channel Ho.Re.Ca.
The professional operators will be able to enter the 7th edition of Cosmofood from the 10th to the 13th of November and they will find in the pavilion 7 a Foodservice area dedicated to the B2B, with a complete offer of technologies, machinery, product and accessories for the professional restoration.
The connection between the area Gourmet and the area Foodservice, in the days of the contemporary openness (on November 10th to 12th) will give the chance to get in touch with the last trends of the professional restoration, thanks to the presence of companies and brands leader of the sector. The Ho.Re.Ca will be able to access a wide gastronomic offer, from which they can be inspired for their menus.

For the professional sector Italian Exhibition Group organizes a calendar full of events and demonstrations in the Hall 7, dedicated to the Foodservice. In this space the operators of the professional restoration, the leaders of the distribution, food&beverage brands, the professional of the technologies and the specialists of the structures and furniture will meet gestors of pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, hotel and receptive structures in order to offer new technics and new work processes between demos and chances of updating.
From the right use of fryer at low temperature Magic Cooker and of extractor fans Mibos of Omega Distribuzione to the new technologies for the cooking of chickens illustrated by Elettrogrill by Dorio Gianni and the solutions to verify the authenticity of cash of SDSP by Cristiano Forcolini. The appointment with Cosmofood is the chance to explore the last news for the extra domestic restauration.
The calendar of wine degustation is very rich, on invitation, and there will be also many showcooking between the stands of the main players of the sector.
