From the next edition, in program to Riva del Garda (tn) from 2 to 5 February 2020, Expo Riva Hotel, Italian fair of the hospitality and catering sector, becomes hospitality – Il Salone dell’’Accoglienza with a view to strengthening the reference role in the Ho.re.Ca sector. New name and new visual identity therefore for the new hospitality that synthesizes and represents the experience and background of the 44 previous editions of the event, now increasingly focused on the future and needs of companies and professionals in the sector. Roberto Pellegrini, president of Riva del Garda trade fairs, organizer of the event, said: «hospitality is proposed as the most complete Italian fair dedicated to hospitality and catering, a sector represented by many realities that confront a world in continuous evolution and step with lifestyles. Through this path, the event that has established itself over the years as a reference exhibition in Italy, aims to capitalize on the experience of the past to interpret the contemporary and to present itself as a real hub of trends and innovations both in our country and abroad».
A logo between past and future
A reality from the consolidated past, but at the same time, in step with the times, is the one told in the logo of hospitality, where the pictogram H is built as“Quality Stamp”, a value guarantee for companies and professionals operating in the Ho.re.Ca sector. Synergy between past and future in the graphic sign of the logo. At the center, the iconic element of hospitality“H” represents the fil rouge that projects the historic brand of Expo Riva Hotel to the contemporary world of hospitality and catering that is the protagonist of hospitality. The development of the logo is completed by the new payoff“The Welcome Salon” which surrounds the pictogram and translates the hospitality attention for the sector round, from the hotel to artisanal producers of excellence of the territories, to wellness, to training.The rebranding involved, in addition to the logo and naming of the event, also that related to the thematic areas – Contract&Wellness, beverage, food&equipment, Renovation&Tech –, to which it addresses hospitality. The exhibition will also propose some appointments that have already achieved great success in recent editions, such as refresher and training related to the world of hospitality and professional catering of hospitality Academy; the Solobirra project, aimed at enhancing and promoting the spread of a true culture of craft beer and RPM– Riva Planet mixology, dedicated to the new trends of drinking mixed with master classes and professional seminars.
