It is therefore no coincidence that on the opening day of Macfrut 2019, the conference (at 2.30 pm) has the theme “Italy-Africa: a renewed partnership for horticultural and agro-industrial development”. An international event opened by Italy’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Emanuela Del Re and closed by Alessandra Pesce, undersecretary of the Ministry of Agricultural Policies. Internationalization is also the search for new outlet markets, as recalled by the conference “Italian Ortofrutta at a point of no return: new markets are needed”, together with the leading experts in the sector, Wednesday at 2.30pm. In this direction goes the invitation to Macfrut 2019 of 1500 buyers in the proven synergy with the Ice Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies.
